Resolved Question: Free Books??????????

Does anybody know where to find free books in the Fresno/Clovis, California area? I'm not talking about e-books either. I'm just looking for some good fiction. The only specific title I'm looking for is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand but, other than that, I would be willing to give anything a shot except for romance novels (LOL). Anybody have any ideas or websites in mind? I go to the library very often but I would love to have the books on my shelf to read over again when the mood strikes.
